I'll echo Tony's comment here and say that I'm definitely interested in seeing this document.  I'd love to include it in the DNSSEC section of our new site - http://www.internetsociety.org/deploy360/

(I'd also like to include any other similar case studies or information about what any of you have learned from your DNSSEC implementations.)
