[Dnssec-deployment] How much is DNSSEC deployed?

More importantly, do registrars charge extra for shunting registrants'  
DS records into the registry? Even when they're not managing zone  
signing for the domain holder.

I think it would be good to gather this data somehow. But it may be  
premature. The sample size could well be too low to draw meaningful  
conclusions. It would be interesting to see how this develops over  
time and which events provoke positive and negative tipping points.  
I'm not sure if anyone would be prepared to fund this data gathering  
and analysis.
