[Dnssec-deployment] Two new domains signed, .pm and .kg

Hi people,

Two new domains appeared signed overnight.

Saint Pierre and Miquelon (.pm) which is maintained by Afnic, which is
considered "production" according to Stephane Bortzmeyer.

Kyrghyzstan (.kg) for which I do not yet have any further information.

Note that for .kg I am seeing some errors with respect to DNSSEC. It is using
ns-kg.ripe.net and ns.kg which both fail to return signed data, while
as.asiainfo.kg seems to refuse any queries right now. This seems very much
a work in progress still.
