[Dnssec-deployment] SP800-81 status

SP800-81r1 has been out for over a year and comment closed almost 6
months ago. Any idea when/if it will become final? Some folks are
procrastinating on implementing some of the things that have been
updated in r1 and point out that, as long as it's a draft, they don't
need to care about it. I'd love to be able to say that it's either final
or should be final fairly soon.
