And, let's be honest, because every time anybody proposes anything
with respect to the DNS at the IETF, everyone has to don their
asbestos suits.  "Frank technical discussion" is too often used as an
excuse for rude, insulting, condescending, or outright nasty remarks.

Also, people have to do the work.  Real review of documents is
time-consuming and mostly thankless, and it isn't anyone's job because
it's very hard to argue that the DNS needs more standardization.  It's
working, after all.
