[Dnssec-deployment] APNIC top-level reverse zones

The web page at http://www.apnic.net/publications/news/2010/dnssec-third has been updated to make it clear we have not yet deployed a service facing reverse-domain holders which enables DS for their zones.

APNIC is waiting for the DURZ to end, and for signing over its zones under in-addr.arpa and ip6.arpa to be completed before enabling the feature in the portal.

Sorry for the confusion.
