[Dnssec-deployment] APNIC top-level reverse zones

Thanks to "Graveline" for posting in http://www.dnssec-deployment.org/
the pointer to http://www.apnic.net/publications/news/2010/dnssec-third

It indeed seems to be the case that APNIC have signed their top-level
NNN.in-addr.arpa zones. But I cannot find that they are providing any
sort of TAR for them - have I just failed to find this? (These zones
aren't in dlv.isc.org, so maybe ISC have the same problem...)

It seems a bit strange to proceed to "phase 3", i.e. solicit DS records,
in the absence of such a TAR. Testing whether the DS records actually
work would be a bit problematic in such a situation.
