I am in full agreement with Roy here. The combination of not publishing
the list of people who will participate in the ceremony in advance (an
element of secrecy that has extremely limited operational value)
combined with their lack of interest in streaming the ceremony live
gives the black helicopter folks ammunition for their conspiracy
theories for no good reason.
