[Dnssec-deployment] Is RSASHA256 mature enough for a TLD?

Actually, I think .au is actively working on DNSSEC. I don't have the
detail handy as I type this; it might be on the maps on our site. I
believe Chris Wright will be in the DNSSEC session in the ICANN
meeting in Brussels in a week and a half and will give an update.
