Have had no other intentions except joking, sorry if it could have been 
misunderstood.

Nevertheless, in memoires of one of firiends of mine, the Russian 
intelligence man who lived in US and Canade for decades, one dialogue 
was mentioned which was with some hotel man in one of Japan hotels, 
where he was called "an American", he objected that he is a Canadian and 
got an answer: " That's just what I have said - you are an American". ;)
