Ed,
you are really right on it (you missed only - formally depends) - but 
imho it  will not be a real problem as today we use it for
personal connections - but key issue -  only in signing (I think)

Please, remember I speak only on myself on these issue
In general - it seems for me that we (all together) moved the process 
forward.
