[dnssec-deployment] DNSSEC or DNSSec?

I favor DNSSEC simply because it's become the group norm. Like Paul, I
sometimes say "Secure DNS", but try to keep that seperate (since "security"
usually implies more than just DNSSEC to some people).

I know several NIST pubs/papers that use "DNSSec" that I never got around to
corrected. IPSec folks are just used to spelling it that way and it's not
something to really fight about.
