[dnssec-deployment] Status of NSEC3?

Dec '07 is the date "on paper" since it is the FISMA deadline.  It 
really depends on when FISMA auditing starts (which will be sometime 
after).  DNSSEC only applies to a subset of Fed systems currently, but 
future revisions will encompass more.

Non-DNS politics is holding up most of the progress in .gov.  .mil has 
their own schedule I hear and independent of GSA.
