the right person to ask (ben laurie) probably should be on this mailing list,
but as far as i know, is not.  he's <ben at algroup.co.uk> if that matters.

the reaction from within ietf to the concerns and proposals of the NSEC3
community has been dishearteningly underwhelming.  noone, it seems, wants
to see this can of worms opened again, or at least, not so soon.
