follow up on performance tests for authoritative servers

For those interested:  I put up a collection of tld and 2nd level domains
that have been anonymized.  The algorithm that was used isn't "industrial
strength" but the names are consistant in the zone.  All the names are
replaced with labels the same length, and all IP address are now "0.0.0.0".

All the zones were actually obtained through zone transfers (sometime last
year), so one could logically get the zones themselves.
