i sent the link to the list a month or so ago.  Sam sent his comments to
the list shortly after that, which, i think, were sent on to Anya.

you can also find an overview of her paper in the archives of the last NANOG
mtg.  I've been talking a bit with her on how to better document the basic
assumptions. 

i was hoping that there would be other, independent studies from NL and perhaps
VSGN on thier testbed.  there is some data from my testbed, but its too
small to be of interest.
