notes from the 08mar2005 mtg in MPLS on resolver/validator/API issues
are now online - stuffed them under:

	www.rs.net/rva

from what i understand, there may be another face 2 face mtg - if demand
warrants - on 02aug2005 during the Paris IETF.  if there is interest,
please let on that there is ... so we can plan accordingly.
