Thanks to Steven Cheung for getting the agenda for the summit up on the

You will note that the online version of the agenda only has the outline 
at this time.  Neither presenters nor their presentations are shown.

We won't be linking to presentations until the agenda is complete and 
you're ready with your presentation.
