[dnssec-deployment] DNSSEC Deployment Roadmap Draft -- Revised diagrams

I have a question on the new diagrams.  It might have been in the old
diagrams, but I don't remember for certain.

In all the branches, in the Register->General->Accept Key from Child->Tools
to create prop. RRs and return signed key to child.

"Return Signed Key to Child" is unclear to me.  What does that entail?  Does
the child zone get a copy of its key (or DS) signed by the parent?
