In the annals of phreakdom (or even securityfocus, I think Mitnick has
written about a case in Las Vegas), it seems that hijacking voice
calls has occasionally been done for business or political
reasons. VoIP-supporting applications have varying levels of security,
so the app-level security argument may already apply, but trivially
spoofable NAPTRs don't exactly help.
