    20040818 Bill Manning to put together a short description of how to
    contact the TLDs, along with a schedule, regarding their position on
    NSEC zone walking and whether they would commit to supporting DNSSEC
    if the requirements yet to be specified were met.

	three mailing lists have been assembled from the following
	sources:
		) MNAME entries
		) TLD technical contacts from ICANN web pages
		) Registry technical contacts from ICANN web pages,
			and the various ccNSO/wwTLD/CENTR/et.al. sites

	these folks have been sent an inviation to participate in
	a three-day training session on DNSSEC in CapeTown, be active
	in the persistant testbed, and participate in discussions 
	on / about DNSSEC rollout.
