I did want to ask what you mean by "the notes are out."  I didn't see
them.  Did I miss them?  Is there anything that we should (or can) do to
make them more visible?

    Not sure what the work is supposed to be.  The notes are out, I believe.
    The deployment roadmap was supposed to take the workshop discussions as
    input and go from there.  Was there supposed to be another document besides
    the roadmap?
