REMINDER:  The meeting this week, 25 August 2004, is cancelled.

Next week, the meeting time will be moved as follows:

    1400 Los Angeles, San Francisco
    1700 Washington
    2100 UTC
    2300 Netherlands
    0000 Israel
    0600 Tokyo (the next day)
    0700 Melbourne (the next day)

Please make a note of it.

Recall that the plan is to discuss engaging registries and registrars.
We are moving the time so that Bruce Tonkin (Australia) will be able to
participate.
