w/ the nifty new code on the streets, it may be time to plan on one or 
more interoperability & operational workshops.  I propose the following
two "windows":

	04-06 Nov - just before IETF61 in WDC
	11-13 Nov - tailend of IETF61 plus a couple of days

and (for the adventurous)

	24-28 Nov - just before ICANN in CapeTown & in conjunction w/ ISOC

I have started the logistics of arrainging for space.
Both would be hands-on w/ TLD operators involved.  Thoughts?
